In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 34jl platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any documents expressly incorporated herein by reference, including the 34jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 34jl and each Member with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations, or understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you are accessing the 34jl platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 34jl, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

34jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 34jl platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by 34jl. You undertake to update your account information promptly whenever any change occurs.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 34jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 34jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.1 Deposits. 34jl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 34jl does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the Member's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 34jl Member Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 34jl may require full completion of KYC verification procedures. Withdrawal processing times are target estimates and may vary based on payment provider processing times, verification requirements, and internal review procedures.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and payouts on 34jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 34jl shall not be responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with respect to a deposit made to 34jl is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. 34jl reserves the right to suspend the Account and pursue recovery of the relevant amounts, including applicable fees and costs, through all available legal remedies.

34jl may offer various promotional offers, bonus credits, cashback programs, loyalty rewards, and tournament prizes to eligible Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

All games available on the 34jl platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. By wagering on any game, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that game as determined by the relevant provider. In the event of a dispute between game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail with respect to matters of account management, financial transactions, and platform use.

7.1 Game Outcomes. Random number generators (RNG) used in non-live games are independently certified for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes (card dealing, roulette wheel, dice) conducted in certified studio environments. 34jl does not control or influence individual game outcomes in any way.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Each game on 34jl has specified minimum and maximum wager amounts. These limits may vary by game, table, and Member account tier. 34jl reserves the right to adjust table limits at any time.

7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure during a game round, 34jl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Member's Wallet. Winnings resulting from obvious errors will not be paid and will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 34jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted:

34jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Wallet shall be subject to review. Where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is confirmed, 34jl reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance. Where termination is not due to Member misconduct, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their 34jl Account should contact support via live chat or the designated support email address. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under the Responsible Gaming policy and take effect more immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 34jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 34jl's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 34jl makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any games, features, or content on the platform.

All intellectual property rights in the 34jl platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, trademarks, service marks, and all written or multimedia content, are owned by or licensed to 34jl. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of 34jl or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content.

34jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 34jl.org/privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the 34jl platform, or any game or financial transaction thereon shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits 34jl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

34jl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or through a prominent notice on the 34jl platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Your continued use of the 34jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary Account closure prior to the amendment taking effect.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 34jl.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
