This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by 34jl in connection with the operation of the 34jl.org platform, including data collected through account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, customer support, and any other interaction with our services. By registering an account on 34jl, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform after any update to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
34jl takes the privacy of its Members seriously. This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you — or that you provide to us — will be processed. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we handle it.
This Policy applies to:
- All registered Members of the 34jl platform, including individuals who have completed the registration process and those whose accounts may be pending verification;
- Visitors who access 34jl.org without registering an account, to the extent that we collect data through cookies and analytics technologies;
- Individuals who communicate with 34jl through customer support channels, including live chat and email;
- Any person whose personal data is provided to 34jl in connection with a transaction or inquiry on the platform.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, game providers, payment processors, or other services that may be linked from or interact with the 34jl platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties independently.
34jl is committed to compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy, the data controller responsible for your personal data is the operator of the 34jl platform ("34jl", "we", "us", or "our"). As data controller, 34jl determines the purposes for which and the means by which your personal data is processed.
34jl has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with data protection obligations and serving as the point of contact for data subjects wishing to exercise their rights or raise privacy-related concerns. 34jl collects and processes the following categories of personal data in connection with the operation of the platform:

34jl does not collect sensitive personal information — such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or sexual orientation — except where strictly required by applicable law or regulatory obligation (for example, in connection with responsible gaming assessments or law enforcement requests).
34jl collects personal data through the following channels and mechanisms:
- Direct submission by you: Data you provide when registering an account, completing KYC verification, making a deposit or withdrawal, contacting customer support, or participating in promotions;
- Automated technical collection: Data collected automatically when you access the platform, including IP address, device identifiers, browser data, and session information through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9);
- Gameplay activity: All wagers placed, game rounds initiated, and outcomes recorded during your use of games on the 34jl platform;
- Payment providers: Confirmation data received from GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and other approved payment partners when processing your deposits or withdrawals;
- Identity verification providers: Data received from third-party KYC and anti-money laundering screening services in connection with account verification;
- Regulatory and law enforcement bodies: Information received from PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or law enforcement agencies in connection with compliance obligations.

34jl will only send you promotional emails or SMS notifications regarding bonuses, offers, and game news if you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your Account settings or by contacting support.
34jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We share your personal data only in the following circumstances, and only to the extent strictly necessary for the relevant purpose:
- Licensed game providers: Your account identifier and relevant session data are shared with our certified game providers (such as JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming) solely for the purpose of delivering and recording game play;
- Payment processing partners: Your financial data is shared with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment partners to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. These partners are bound by their own data protection obligations;
- KYC and AML service providers: Your identity and verification documents may be shared with contracted third-party identity verification and anti-money laundering screening services to fulfil our compliance obligations;
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: We are required by Philippine law to disclose certain Member data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and law enforcement agencies upon valid legal request;
- Technology and infrastructure providers: Service providers who host, maintain, and secure the 34jl platform infrastructure may process certain technical data as data processors acting under our instruction, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- Responsible gaming organizations: In connection with self-exclusion programs or mandatory intervention processes, limited identifying data may be shared with responsible gaming support services as required by applicable regulations;
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets involving 34jl, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided that the acquiring entity agrees to process your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy or an equivalent standard.
All third parties with whom 34jl shares personal data are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to process personal data only for the specified purpose and in accordance with 34jl's instructions.
34jl retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. The following general retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 34jl's data disposal procedures, unless retention is required by a specific legal obligation that supersedes the standard retention period.
34jl implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, and disclosure. Our security framework includes, but is not limited to, the following measures:
- Encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your device and the 34jl platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (Transport Layer Security), the current industry standard for web communications — the same protocol used by Philippine banks;
- Encryption at rest: Personal data stored in 34jl's databases, including passwords, financial identifiers, and identity documents, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption;
- Password hashing: Member passwords are never stored in plain text. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms before storage. 34jl staff cannot retrieve your password;
- Access controls: Access to personal data within 34jl is restricted on a need-to-know basis, using role-based access controls and mandatory authentication for all internal systems;
- Two-factor authentication: Members are offered the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to protect their Account from unauthorized access;
- Security monitoring: 34jl conducts continuous monitoring of platform activity for indicators of unauthorized access, unusual login patterns, and potential data breaches;
- Incident response: In the event of a personal data breach, 34jl will comply with the notification obligations prescribed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC issuances, including notifying affected Members and the NPC within the required timeframes.
While 34jl takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. 34jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, recognize returning Members, maintain session state, and analyze platform performance. The following categories of cookies may be set when you access 34jl.org:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the platform to function correctly. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in during an active session. These cookies cannot be disabled without preventing the platform from operating;
- Functional Cookies: Remember your platform preferences, such as language, preferred game category, and last-used filter settings, to provide a personalized experience;
- Analytical Cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how Members interact with the platform, including which games are most frequently accessed, session duration, and navigation paths. This data is used solely to improve the platform;
- Security Cookies: Used to detect and prevent security threats, including bot activity, fraudulent login attempts, and session hijacking.
Most browsers allow you to control cookie settings through browser preferences, including blocking or deleting cookies. However, disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your 34jl Account and using the platform's core functions. Instructions for managing cookies are available in the help section of your browser.
34jl does not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies for the purpose of displaying targeted advertisements on external websites.
The 34jl platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 34jl does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that an Account has been registered by or on behalf of a minor, we will immediately suspend the Account, delete all associated personal data, and report the incident as required by law.
Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process at 34jl. All Members are required to submit valid government-issued identification confirming their date of birth before withdrawal of any Real Money Funds is permitted. Providing false documentation or misrepresenting age during registration constitutes a serious breach of 34jl's Terms and Conditions and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by 34jl. These rights are subject to applicable legal limitations and may be exercised by contacting the 34jl Data Protection Officer as described in Section 14.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including information on how it is being processed, the purposes for which it is used, and with whom it has been shared.
You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. Some corrections (such as name or date of birth) may require KYC re-verification.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations under AMLA, PAGCOR rules, and tax law.
You may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest, subject to our overriding legitimate grounds.
You may request restriction of the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as while the accuracy of the data is being contested or while an objection is under consideration.
You may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where the processing is based on your consent or on performance of a contract, and is carried out by automated means.
To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a written request to the 34jl Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 14. 34jl will respond to your request within thirty (30) calendar days, or within such extended period as permitted by applicable law. We may require you to verify your identity before processing any data subject request.
If you believe your rights under the Data Privacy Act have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
In the course of providing the 34jl platform and related services, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines. This may occur, for example, in connection with our licensed game providers who operate server infrastructure in other jurisdictions, or with cloud hosting providers whose data centers are located outside Philippine territory.
34jl ensures that any transfer of personal data outside the Philippines is conducted in compliance with Chapter VIII of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the relevant NPC Circular governing cross-border data transfers. In practice, this means that international data transfers by 34jl are made only where:
- The recipient country has been assessed to provide an adequate level of data protection;
- Appropriate contractual safeguards are in place between 34jl and the recipient entity, such as data processing agreements incorporating standard data protection clauses approved by the NPC; or
- The transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and 34jl, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
34jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, our data processing practices, or the features and services offered on the platform. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated whenever a material change is made.
For material changes to this Privacy Policy, 34jl will provide notice to registered Members via the mobile number or email address associated with their Account, and/or through a prominent notice on the 34jl platform, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy — may be made without prior notice.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from 34jl's Data Protection Officer, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines, the supervisory authority responsible for the enforcement of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Please note that exercising your privacy rights will not affect your ability to continue using the 34jl platform where such rights are subject to lawful limitations under the DPA, AMLA, PAGCOR regulations, or other applicable Philippine law.
